Job Summary

We are currently seeking a skilled Software Engineer to join our CloudOps division, where you will contribute to the development of open-source applications as-a-service, delivering reliability at scale. You will be part of a talented team that manages cutting-edge technologies such as Cassandra, Kafka, PostgreSQL, Redis, OpenSearch, and Cadence.

As a Data Engineering Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our platform, which provides end-to-end lifecycle management, from provisioning infrastructure to keeping applications running reliably in production. With a global operations team providing fast, expert support and responses, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on our customers' success.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • a solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals;
  • strong experience in one or more modern programming languages, preferably Java;
  • knowledge/experience of SQL;
  • a humble and collaborative nature, with the ability to work harmoniously within multiple teams;
  • good communication skills;
  • eagerness to learn and grow your abilities as a Software Engineer.
