About Our Field Technician Role

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Field Technician to join our team. As a valued member of our Technical Services Team, you will provide on-site remedial and preventative services on a wide range of electro-mechanical devices, ensuring excellent service delivery and building positive customer relationships.


This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about electronics and problem solving to combine their skills and experience with a dynamic and growing organization.


In this role, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining and installing Wagering and Gaming equipment located within our venues, clubs and pubs. You will also conduct preventative maintenance checks to identify and address potential issues before they impact operations.


As a Field Technician, you will have the opportunity to work independently, managing your own schedule and prioritizing tasks to achieve the best outcomes for both the customer and the business.


You will also be responsible for keeping accurate records of maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.

The ideal candidate will have an interest in electronics, preferably with some prior experience servicing electronic equipment. You will also need to obtain and maintain applicable licenses and have a full driver's license.
