Payroll Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Authorise new personnel on the payroll and prepare comprehensive tax documentation
  • Verify correct completion of weekly, fortnightly, or monthly timesheets and calculate extended hours (if applicable)
  • Calculate wages, salaries, allowances, leave payments, and final payments on termination
  • Ensure correct remittance of tax and employee deductions
  • Reconcile payroll runs and report results
  • Liaise with external payroll agencies (if applicable)

Requirements:

  • 3 years' experience in a similar position
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills
  • Experience with HR3 and/or Jobpac is advantageous but not essential
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
