Global Realty is a leading real estate agency with extensive experience in property sales, leasing, and project development. We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Sales Director to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Promote the company's brand, products, or services to attract customers.
- Introduce customers to the latest promotions, discounts, and featured products to drive sales.
- Assist in executing company events, such as roadshows, client appreciation banquets, presentations, or property tours.
- Record customer feedback, collect potential customer contact information, and report accordingly.
- Complete other promotional tasks as required by the company.
Leadership Role
- Responsible for the sales of company real estate projects in one or multiple cities, covering products such as apartments, villas, and land.
- Build and manage a local sales team according to market strategy, responsible for daily management, training, and implementation of incentive mechanisms.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for Australian real estate, including market research, customer positioning, marketing planning, and sales strategies to ensure sales targets are met.
- Monitor sales progress, analyze sales data, and adjust strategies in a timely manner to ensure stable sales growth.
Requirements:
- Preferred majors: Marketing, Real Estate Management, Architecture, or related fields.
- Language skills: Fluent in Mandarin and English (listening, speaking, reading, writing) to communicate seamlessly with international clients and teams.
- Industry experience: Over 5 years in real estate sales, with at least 3 years as a team leader; experience in selling apartments, land, or villas is preferred.
- Management experience: Experience managing a sales team of over 10 people.
