Community Support Worker Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic professional to provide essential services to aged, frail, and disabled individuals.

  • This role involves providing personal care assistance, household tasks, and social support under the innovative Consumer Directed Care model.

In this position, you will have the unique opportunity to:

  • Deliver quality care and support consumer independence through collaborative work with consumers, their families, and other health professionals.
