Your new opportunity:

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Team Administrator who's ready to grow into a future Personal Assistant. This is the perfect role if you're passionate about delivering high-quality support, love staying organised, and are looking for a long-term career pathway in a professional services environment.

You'll be a key part of our collaborative Support team, helping to keep our operations running smoothly while learning the ropes of high-level executive support. If you're adaptable, precise, and driven to take ownership of your work, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

- Provide day-to-day administrative support to your team
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information
- Liaise with the ATO and other stakeholders regarding client correspondence
- Assist with document preparation and data entry
- Answer incoming calls and manage communications
- Learn and grow into PA responsibilities including:
- Diary and schedule management for Senior Team members
- Task prioritisation and anticipating needs
- Preparing reports and client-facing documents

What You'll Bring:

- Experience in an administrative role, ideally within an accounting or professional services environment
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- A proactive mindset and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail and a willingness to learn
- A desire to develop into a Personal Assistant role over time
