Corporate HR Role

We are seeking a Corporate HR Coordinator to join our dynamic Human Resources team, supporting employees across Australia and New Zealand. In this key role, you will play a vital part in maintaining and updating HR data on systems such as Workday, ensuring seamless payroll administration and correct payment for employees. You will also be responsible for employee lifecycle management, including administering new hires, promotions, and contract changes.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update HR data on systems such as Workday
  • Support payroll administration, ensuring employees are paid correctly and on time
  • Employee lifecycle management, including administering new hires, promotions, and contract changes
  • Coordinate and deliver induction sessions, ensuring a smooth experience for new employees

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need previous HR administration or coordination experience ideally within a corporate environment. Workday HRIS and payroll administration experience are essential for this position, along with eligibility to work in Australia permanently. Your strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and enthusiasm will set you up for success in this critical position.
