What You'll Do
  • Select missions that match your personal style and preferences from our platform.
  • Engage authentically with the brand by observing and evaluating every element, from ambiance and service to post-purchase care.
  • Share your valuable insights through a simple online questionnaire.
Requirements
  • You must be 21 years of age or older.
  • You have a good understanding of the automobile industry.
  • You are passionate about automobiles and improving customer service and retail environments.
  • You enjoy interacting with people.
  • You have a keen eye for discreetly observing and noting various aspects of your shopping experience.
  • You are willing to adapt to varying assignment types and industries.
  • You can provide unbiased, honest feedback without personal biases and submit surveys promptly.
