We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Fleet Account Development Specialist to join our team at FleetPartners Group.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing relationships and liaising with direct SME customers, brokers, and business partners to achieve sales targets through the growth of existing customers and new customer acquisition. This involves:

  • Achieving company sales targets by retaining direct SME customers and identifying new business growth opportunities from existing customers and partners.
  • Developing and owning a sales pipeline of opportunities including new customer leads, additional leased vehicles, and imminent expiries to deliver new business writings.
  • Building and managing relationships with existing brokers and partners that introduce new customers to Fleet Partners through regular contact strategy.
  • Ensuring the retention and growth of direct SME customers by communicating through phone and email and meeting minimum activity targets in line with proactive contact strategy.
  • Ensuring all customer deliverables including application, quote requests, and general queries are managed in accordance with SLAs and customer expectations.
  • Providing value-added market intelligence to the Sales and Marketing department, including customer, competitor, and product feedback to improve our value proposition.
  • Uploading and maintaining relevant customer data in Salesforce and other operating systems to capture all opportunities and customer communication holistically.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Experience in B2B account management or inside sales-oriented roles, preferably in fleet management and leasing, automotive, or broker industries.
  • Proven ability to exceed sales targets and retain and grow portfolios with excellent customer service.
  • Experience managing a sales pipeline using CRM Salesforce or equivalent.
  • Proven consultative and solution-based selling skills, preferably through partners or to small businesses.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify new business opportunities and sell on value not price.
  • Results-driven and target-focused, with the ability to build and maintain a sales pipeline.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage complex environments and situations.
  • Strong experience and demonstrated ability to influence and build relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to deliver outstanding customer service and proactively communicate to meet SLAs and customer expectations.
  • Strategic thinking, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
  • Collaboration and sharing knowledge and skills to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Ownership and drive for delivering results that benefit all stakeholders.
