About the Role

Fuse Recruitment is seeking a motivated Forklift Operator to join the team at Orora. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently moving palletized glass bottles with a forklift.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize RF scanners to track inventory and ensure accurate loading and unloading of goods
  • Operate a forklift to move pallets of glass bottles within the warehouse
  • Wrap pallets of glass for transport and load/unload from conveyors and trucks
  • Work in a fast-paced and dynamic production environment
Requirements
  • Be flexible with working hours, including Monday to Sunday roster
  • Hold a current driver's license and High-Risk Forklift Licence
  • Have experience with glass handling, loading, and unloading trucks
  • Reach truck and twin tyne experience is highly regarded but not essential
  • Be willing to work up to 12-hour shifts and on an on-call roster
  • Pass drug and alcohol testing as required
  • Possess a strong commitment to Workplace Safety and a positive work ethic
