Job Opportunity

Melton City Council is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Revenue Officer. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in local government finance and administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the rates department and ratepayers.
  • Update and maintain owner occupier codes for the electoral roll.
  • Be actively involved in the continuous improvement of processes and procedures.
  • Utilize corporate systems, processes, and standards for the handling of all documentation.
About the Role

This is a part-time fixed-term position until April 2025, working 4 days a week from 8:30am to 5:00pm (Tuesday to Friday). The successful candidate will have a post-secondary qualification in administration and experience in an administrative role or relevant experience working in a revenue environment.
