Retail Store Manager Job Description

The ideal candidate will be a natural leader who can motivate and inspire their team to achieve exceptional results.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of up to 20 members, providing guidance, coaching and training to ensure they reach their full potential.
  • Store Presentation: Maintain a high standard of store presentation in line with visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction.
  • Stock Management: Liaise with the Stock Allocator and work independently to maintain optimal stock levels throughout the store.
  • Operational Tasks: Prepare and monitor store rosters, sales reports and store/team compliance.

About You:

  • You will have demonstrated leadership experience, leading from the front and empowering your team.
  • You must think customer first, nail the fundamentals and take retail seriously.
  • Similar experience in a retail/hospitality role is desirable, but not essential – we value attitude over experience.
