Your Impact

As a Process Engineer (Water and Wastewater) at Jacobs, you will play a crucial part in planning, design, project delivery, design management, and project management. You will assist in positioning and winning projects across a range of services, contributing to setting and implementing strategy and capability for our diverse base of water clients across the region.

The Role

The Process Engineer (Water and/or Wastewater) will provide consultancy, engineering services, technical input, and direction in design in the ANZ region. You will work alongside Senior Engineers, taking a role with design, project delivery, and winning work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to technically excellent designs and consultancy services.
  • Develop and maintain strong key client relationships.
  • Assist in driving business development and winning work.
  • Identify and support the pursuit of future opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with Jacobs' client management team to identify emerging opportunities.
  • Further develop Project Manager and Project Director skills.
  • Develop design management functions on projects.
  • Maintain compliance with Jacobs' QA procedures, including the deliverables review QA process.
  • Facilitate the technical development of junior resources.
  • Engage with high performers in a team environment to facilitate knowledge sharing and coaching.
  • Promote an inclusive and safety culture within the organisation and with our clients.
