In this role, you will provide technical guidance and oversight to ensure successful project delivery. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their expectations.
- You will manage and undertake technical reviews of project deliverables and participate in project and client meetings.
- You will actively support the achievement of growth targets in sales and revenue through client interaction, development of clients, strategy proposal development, interviews, and presentations.
- You will complete site visits and support projects through the delivery/construction phase.
- You will mentor and develop fellow team members to grow the Jacobs offering in Overhead Transmission Line Engineering.
- You will oversee the technical direction to engineers locally and in our Global Delivery Centres to enable the delivery of Overhead Transmission Line design packages.
- You will utilize PLS CADD, TOWER, and POLE to perform design and review work.
- You will work towards AS/NZS, client SDMs, ASCEM IEEE, and IEC codes and guidelines.
Qualifications:
A relevant tertiary degree in Electrical, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering is required for this position.
