Senior Care Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Care Development Manager to support the growth and implementation of our At Home Support strategies.
This role will focus on building individualized care plans and developing strong relationships with customers and local networks.
The successful candidate will provide leadership and operational management, leveraging their extensive knowledge and experience in aged care and community resources.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing business strategies to grow our At Home Support services
- Providing clinical leadership and quality assurance in policy implementation and governance
- Championing consumer-directed models of care
- Building and maintaining partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Registered Nurse qualifications and sound clinical expertise
- Leadership experience in client care
- Ability to work in a performance-driven environment
- Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills

This is a permanent full-time position, working Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm.
