About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of Alliance Airlines. As a Warehouse Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting all store functions to ensure alignment with safety, compliance, and business needs. You will maintain and manage inventory safely and accurately, coordinating stock levels, orders, and transfers as needed.



Key Responsibilities

  • Implement efficient logistics and inventory management practices to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

  • Support and optimize the stores network for high performance, identifying improvements to systems and procedures.
  • Assist in local procurement activities, and action Part Sales demands and related requests promptly.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and freight companies.
  • Comply with safety, security, and regulatory standards and stay updated on stores, aviation, and supply chain trends.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:



  • Experience in stores, logistics, or warehousing, with exposure to computer-based inventory systems, ideally in the aviation industry.
  • A secondary education and a current driver’s license.
  • Desirable qualifications include a Cert IV in Warehousing Operations or Logistics, a Dangerous Goods Shippers Certificate, and a Forklift Licence.
  • Strong ability to develop and implement processes and apply logical thinking to data compilation.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to prioritize, plan, and organize work collaboratively to meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility and commitment to take on varied tasks with a strong focus on teamwork.
