Job Description

As a School Teacher, your main responsibility will be to deliver high-quality education to our students, while cultivating a positive and engaging Christian learning environment.

Your key responsibilities will encompass:

  • Delivering lessons that cater to the diverse learning needs of our students, ensuring inclusivity in education.
  • Employing a variety of teaching techniques and resources to effectively engage students in the learning process.
  • Evaluating student progress, identifying areas for improvement, and offering constructive feedback to aid their development.
  • Working together with colleagues and parents to build a supportive network for students' academic and personal growth.
  • Keeping precise records of student attendance, performance, and other pertinent information in line with school policies.
  • Engaging in professional development opportunities to improve teaching abilities and stay abreast with educational best practices.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering high-quality teaching and learning in a school setting.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Australian Curriculum.
  • Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Ability to plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that cater to diverse learning needs.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and upholding educational standards.
  • Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a dynamic school environment.
