Business Advisory Manager Opportunity

This role offers a chance to work as a Business Advisory Manager in a Private Business and Family Advisory environment.

In this position, you will collaborate with Partners and Directors to deliver various taxation, financial, and business advisory services.

Key responsibilities include preparing and being integral to complex accounting and taxation engagements.

  • Prepare and be integral to complex accounting and taxation engagements.
  • Be a regular point of contact for clients, ensuring consistency in exceptional client service.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to an expanding team of accounting professionals.

Requirements include:

  • A degree qualification and completion of the CA/CPA qualification.
  • Relevant expertise as a Business Advisory Manager in a business advisory environment.
  • Ability to understand client needs and exhibit a high level of client service.
  • Advanced accounting technical knowledge, including application of accounting standards and compiling consolidated financial statements.
  • Ability to effectively manage and mentor a team of accounting professionals.
  • Advanced knowledge in areas of taxation.
  • Exposure to taxation consolidation is an advantage.
  • Ability to use, navigate and troubleshoot common client accounting software packages and larger enterprise products.
  • Well-refined oral and written communication skills.
  • Comprehensive Microsoft Excel skills and ability to efficiently work with large datasets.
  • Adaptable to engage a wide range of growing clients.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and time management.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage competing priorities.
  • Ability to integrate with the team and collaborate effectively.
