ICT Support Services Manager

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to lead the ICT support services team at the University of Southern Queensland. As Incident Response Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the university's IT systems and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement incident response processes to minimize the impact of IT incidents on university operations.
- Collaborate with the Service Delivery Manager to optimize the incident, problem, and exception processes.
- Lead the major incident management process, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders and timely resolution of incidents.
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT service management, including ITIL.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems and software, including ITSM/Service Desk applications.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
