Job Opportunity: Food and Beverage Attendant

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our Gaming Floor team as a Food and Beverage Attendant. This role plays a vital part in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our food and beverage operations.

About the Role:

  • As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you will be responsible for providing quality service to customers in the outlet areas, possessing excellent technical skills and knowledge in food and beverage preparation and presentation.
  • You will also assist in the development and coordination of lower-level employees, ensuring they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to provide top-notch service.
  • Key responsibilities include maintaining a commitment to service, possessing teamwork attributes, integrity, and people skills, while delivering exceptional customer service and high attention to detail.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and solve problems efficiently, liaising with guests at all levels and maintaining excellent communication skills.
  • Meet availability requirements and work within a 24/7 rotating roster.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience within a restaurant/bar setting is highly regarded but not necessary.
  • Able to problem-solve and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment and passion for providing outstanding customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with guests at all levels.
  • Availability to operate within a 24/7 rotating roster.
  • Able to speak Cantonese/Mandarin or Japanese is advantageous.
  • Exceptional grooming standards appropriate for a 5-star environment.
  • Currently hold or be able to obtain a valid NSW RSA Certificate.
