Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Paid Media Executive to join our team. As a Paid Media Executive, you will play a key role in planning, executing, and optimizing media campaigns across the globe. You will be responsible for interpreting briefs to develop impactful advertising strategies with agency teams, collaborating with the Media Manager to align campaign execution with the overarching media strategy, and overseeing campaign execution, optimization, performance analysis, and post-campaign reporting.

About the Role: In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of media channels, including social, OLV, display, and search. You will also have the chance to identify opportunities for innovation and testing within the media landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop impactful advertising strategies with agency teams
  • Collaborate with the Media Manager to align campaign execution with the overarching media strategy
  • Oversee campaign execution, optimization, performance analysis, and post-campaign reporting
  • Manage relationships with media agency partners and streamline operational processes
  • Ensure accuracy in media financials, including invoicing, reconciliations, and reporting

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have 3+ years of marketing experience, including 2+ years in hands-on paid media (client, agency, or publisher side). You will also need to have a strong understanding of the media landscape in ANZ and/or the UK, with an interest in innovation. Additionally, you will need to have knowledge of paid digital channels such as social, OLV, display, and search, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
