Job Title: Clinical Speech Pathologist
Working Hours: Full-Time, 38hrs/week
Salary: Up to $90K per annum + super
Location: Footscray
Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Diagnosing, assessing, and providing evidence-based intervention for clients with speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders.
  • Developing and implementing treatment and therapy plans tailored to individual clients' needs, including education for clients and caregivers.
  • Keeping detailed progress notes, writing assessment reports, funding reports, referral letters, and reviewing goals based on assessment outcomes.
  • Reporting progress and current status to relevant parties, including family members, teachers, or medical professionals with consent.
  • Participating in care-team meetings for clients as required.

Essential Criteria:

  • Valid Australian working rights.
  • Current SPA registration.
  • Proficient skills in complex assessment and report writing.
  • Experience working within the NDIS system, desired.
  • Mandatory Working with Children Check and NDIS worker screening check.
  • Valid Australian Drivers Licence and car ownership.
