The role of a Driver Trainer at our company involves working independently within the National Driver Trainer team while creating strong working relationships with depot supervisors and operational employees.

This position is required to work Monday to Friday with occasional travel to other depots as needed.

  • Facilitate onboarding and training for new employees">
  • Provide guidance and learning to current employees">
  • Complete assessments for recruitment candidates">
  • Maintain employee training compliance">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • ">
  • Current MC Licence, highly desirable">
  • Cert IV in Training and Assessing or working towards completing one">
  • Previous experience delivering classroom training and in-field engagement">
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise responsibilities, and maintain efficient workflows">
  • Sound verbal and written communication, with the ability to interact with various stakeholders">
