Job Description:

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated team members to join our workforce. Multiple positions are available for Baristas, Kitchen Hands and Customer Service Superstars.

Barista Role:

  • Passionate about coffee?
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment?

Kitchen Hand Role:

  • Able to work with fresh ingredients to create delicious food?
  • Enjoy an early start and finish to your day?

Customer Service Role:

  • Able to make others smile?

  • Pride in representing the brand?

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in these roles you will need:

Baristas:

  • A minimum of 6 months experience as a Barista
  • Availability to work weekdays, weekends and public holidays as required
  • A positive attitude and confidence to engage with customers
  • Ability to work as a team - when not making coffee, completing general duties such as serving salads and soups
  • An understanding of food safety and hygiene practices

Kitchen Hands:

  • Experience using commercial grade knives
  • Proven ability to follow detailed recipes and guidelines
  • Strong work ethic and flexibility to work alone or in a small team
  • Availability to work weekdays, weekends and public holidays as required
  • Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
  • Preferred: A minimum of 6 months experience handling food.

Customer Service:

  • An approachable demeanor and good communication skills
  • Availability to work weekdays, weekends and public holidays as required
  • Good attention to detail and cash handling skills
  • An understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
  • A flexible approach to work - providing exceptional customer service beyond serving customers You'll also be able to assist with stock take, opening / closing the store, cleaning and preparing basic food items
  • Preferred: A minimum of 6 months experience in a fast food or restaurant environment.
