WHS Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced WHS Manager to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our site operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and safety of our employees and contractors.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective WHS policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Australian legislation and Amazon global standards.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and provide guidance to site leaders and employees on WHS hazards and controls.
- Provide training and support to site leaders and employees on WHS policies and procedures.
- Monitor and report on WHS performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Lead and mentor a team of WHS coordinators and representatives to ensure effective WHS management across the site.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or 2+ years of Amazon experience.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications, including pivot tables and chart development.
- Experience in WHS or environmental programs in manufacturing, production, or service operations.
- Ability to work in a global company and leverage resources from different parts of the world.
