Key Responsibilities

  • Assess environmental compliance requirements and feasibility of potential sites/land for regenerative carbon projects
  • Advise on suitable methodologies for land and farming practices
  • Ensure carbon code and regulatory compliance
  • Conduct project monitoring and compliance checks
  • Develop land management plans and engage with landowners
  • Perform internal/project audits and GIS and ecological assessments

Requirements

  • 2-4 years' experience in environmental compliance and land management or similar within the carbon industry
  • Environmental science and carbon background ideal
  • Regenerative agriculture experience desirable
  • 4WD and remote site access experience also desirable

Our client is a fast-growing and innovative carbon project developer with a focus on regenerative agriculture and carbon credits. They have a strong portfolio of approved and registered projects under the Clean Energy Regulator and are looking to expand into new areas.
