Industrial Maintenance Planner Specialist

We are seeking a skilled maintenance planner to join our team focused on delivering exceptional safety, efficiency, and innovation in heavy industrial environments.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement work plans to oversee maintenance activities, contract services, and asset shutdowns.
- Manage contract management processes, track performance, and ensure cost control.
- Supervise contractors, optimize spare parts inventory, and support property and plant maintenance operations.
- Enhance maintenance coordination by analyzing performance data and improving ERP master data.
- Build supplier relationships, mentor team members, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Drive process improvements, adopt new technologies, and implement innovative solutions to meet business objectives.
- Certificate III or IV in Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in maintenance planning within a heavy industrial environment.
- Strong experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP.
- Familiarity with planning software and MS Project (Gantt charts).
- Excellent computer literacy, including MS Office and SAP.
- Background in mechanical or electrical maintenance in industrial settings.
- Able to develop and implement SWMS/JHA for safety compliance.
