Job Title: Senior Ecologist/Botanist

We are seeking an experienced and motivated professional to lead ecological assessments, environmental approvals, and contribute to conservation planning in Victoria.

  • Our ideal candidate will design and deliver high-quality ecological survey programs and impact assessments tailored to client needs.
  • The successful applicant will prepare technical reports, including ecological impact assessment, vegetation mapping, and offsets advice and strategy.

Required Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications in botany, ecology, environmental science, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in ecological consulting or a related field is essential.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Australian ecosystems is crucial.
  • A strong understanding of environmental legislation and the Victorian policy framework is required.

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a valid driver's license. You must also have the right to work in Australia and be willing to learn and grow with our team.
