Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Career Advancement Therapist.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering tailored career development plans to support individuals with disabilities to achieve their goals and aspirations.

You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide coaching, mentoring and guidance to help individuals build their confidence, self-esteem and independence.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive career development plans that meet the unique needs and goals of each individual.
  • Provide one-on-one coaching, mentoring and guidance to help individuals build their confidence, self-esteem and independence.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver a range of services and supports that promote personal growth and development.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of career development plans and make adjustments as needed.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A degree in a relevant field such as psychology, social work or education.
  • Experience working with individuals with disabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
