  • Conduct regular home visits and assessments of registered educators.
  • Provide training, guidance, and professional development opportunities to educators.
  • Assist educators with programming, planning, and documenting children's learning using appropriate frameworks (e.g., Early Years Learning Framework).
  • Manage enrolments and placements of children in coordination with families and educators.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting as required by regulatory bodies.
  • Respond to complaints or incidents and support educators in resolving issues.
  • Liaise with families, community services, and relevant authorities as needed.
  • Participate in quality improvement and service planning processes.
