About This Role

We are seeking an accomplished leader to provide strategic leadership and direction for allied health services.

Key Responsibilities
  • To promote evidence-based best practices and enhance service delivery
  • Integrate allied health services with other clinical and operational functions
  • Manage and support the professional development of team members
  • Oversee team performance, budgets, regulatory compliance, and continuous quality improvement initiatives

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned executive able to inspire teams to deliver innovative, high-quality patient-centered care. You will have proven experience in managing healthcare professionals in complex organizations along with strong business acumen, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
