Salary: The estimated salary for this role is between $80,000 to $110,000 per annum, based on experience. This includes a competitive salary package that reflects the value you will bring to our team.
Job Description: As a qualified Occupational Therapist, you will be joining a large and collaborative multidisciplinary team providing personalized treatments. You will be involved in a new innovative way of offering allied health services to our wonderful Clients using the award-winning Plena Care Pathway.
Your duties will include but not limited to: Providing comprehensive assessments and clinical recommendations to support consumer activities of daily living, mobility, and transfers, falls risk and prevention, equipment requirements, pressure area care and skin integrity management, arthritic joint management, and pain management.
You will demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to the needs of Plena and the aged care facilities, and work within the scope of the Occupational Therapy profession. You will also be accountable for clinical service delivery in accordance with clinical standards and responsible for supporting the clinical service delivery team (Clinicians – PT/OT/AHA); Involvement with external relationship management within a regional portfolio; &Responsible for engaging the clinical team & delivering on the Plena Strategy.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To join our inspiring team, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy and current AHPRA registration. Australian working rights are also required. Willingness to obtain NDIS workers screening and National Police Check is necessary.
