Job Title: Brand Ambassador

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in driving internal communication and stakeholder engagement.

  • Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with various departments to ensure effective communication across the organisation.
  • Disseminate critical information and announcements to hospital staff through multiple channels.
  • Create engaging social media content that communicates updates, events, and initiatives effectively.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of an internal communication strategy that informs, engages, and motivates staff at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Internal Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with departmental leaders and teams to foster open communication.
  • Communication Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement comprehensive communication plans.
  • Content Creation: Produce high-quality content for internal and external audiences, including social media, email, and print materials.
  • Measurement and Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication initiatives and provide recommendations for improvement.
