Job OverviewThe Indigenous Health Workforce Traineeship Program seeks a motivated and organized professional to coordinate the program across Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Services in Western Australia.
The successful candidate will have strong administrative skills, including attention to detail, accuracy, and time management. They will also possess excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
">Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the Indigenous Health Workforce Traineeship Program across Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Services in Western Australia;
- Manage program/project administration, recruitment, training, and development;
- Navigate the intricacies and frameworks of qualifications delivered by Registered Training Organisations (RTOs);
- Develop strong relationships with applicants, external organizations, management, and employees at all levels of the organization;
- Plan and coordinate own workload effectively;
- Draft correspondence, edit documents, and write reports.
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency;
- Aboriginality is an essential criterion and is provided for under Section 50(d) of the Equal Opportunity Act 1984 (WA);
- Experience in program/project administration, recruitment, training, and development or a related field;
- An understanding of the vocational education and training (VET) sector;
- Strong administrative skills, including attention to detail, accuracy, and time management;
- Strong interpersonal skills and written communication skills.
- Attractive remuneration package including base salary $77,183.80 - $87,474.98 per annum pro rata + superannuation + mobile phone/allowance;
