As a Landscape Architect, you will play a key role in shaping the landscape of the Shire. Your responsibilities will include providing expert advice on landscape matters, ensuring compliance with approvals, and participating in exciting projects such as our street tree planting program.

Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve high-quality environmental outcomes and contribute to the strategic development of the Shire's landscape.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice on landscape matters and ensure compliance with approvals
  • Participate in projects such as street tree planting and contribute to the development of the Shire's landscape

Your Success Profile

  • Tertiary qualifications in landscape architecture, horticulture, arboriculture, or related field
  • Experience in preparing or reviewing landscape plans for diverse sites
  • Strong communication and customer relation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a variety of professionals and stakeholders

You will excel in decision-making, goal orientation, critical thinking, and possess excellent design skills. Bring your expertise and creativity to our team and help us create a more beautiful Sutherland Shire.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary package of $82,000 - $112,000 gross p.a. plus 11% superannuation
  • 35 hours per week with option of 19 day month flex time arrangement
