Key Responsibilities
  • Lead our HSE team in upholding Linkforce, client, and industry safety strategies/obligations to the highest standard.
  • Provide coaching to management on HSE governance, risk, and compliance.

  • Manage communication with clients in relation to HSE matters and monitor all client contractual obligations.
  • Implement all HSE Management System processes and documentation.

  • Maintain management systems to AS/NZS 45001, ISO14001, and AS/NZS 9001 standards.
  • Lead and support HSE team by providing training, development, and performance management.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with substantial experience in the mining industry, ideally someone who has managed safety across a large blue-collar, remote workforce. Strong leadership qualities are essential, as you will be responsible for guiding and motivating our HSE team, driving a culture of safety excellence.

  • Minimum of 5 years related HSE experience, within the mining and resourcing sector, including managerial and operational roles.
  • Degree/Diploma in OHS or other associated disciplines.
  • Formal incident investigation training - ICAM.
  • Lead Auditors (Applicable Standards) – Desirable.
  • Sound knowledge of HSE Management systems, processes, and procedures in compliance with legislative and applicable ISO and Australian Standards.
  • Strong analytical, document, and record management skills.
  • Frontline Management and negotiation skills to mentor and implement change throughout the business.
