Collaborating closely with our seasoned Search Partners and Principals, Associates engage with team members at all levels, gaining invaluable hands-on experience while receiving exceptional training and mentorship in a model akin to an apprenticeship. Associates support Consultants throughout the recruitment journey, from formulating search strategies to overseeing their implementation, while also contributing to business development efforts. This entails working alongside clients to define position specifications, interviewing and evaluating candidates, nurturing candidate relationships, conducting references, and assisting in managing client relationships.
As they delve into the Search industry, Associates dedicate considerable time to researching and understanding various sectors, executive roles, and functions, collaborating with colleagues globally. The Associate position is highly visible, carrying significant responsibilities and offering a well-defined career trajectory.
Key Responsibilities
Research & Analysis:
Conducting thorough industry-specific and client company research to map the executive talent landscape and provide valuable market insights. Assisting Consultants in crafting position specifications and a targeted search strategy. Aiding in the preparation of business development and candidate assessment materials for presentation to both prospective and existing clients.Communication:
Engaging with potential candidates to gauge interest in client opportunities, gather referrals, and collect market intelligence. Supporting Consultants in conducting comprehensive interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications against position specifications. Managing candidate relationships throughout the search lifecycle and keeping Consultants informed of candidate progress.Upholding Our Values:

Maintaining status reports and client-ready documents for both internal and external presentations. Managing multiple concurrent projects while delivering high-quality outputs on schedule. Upholding the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and ethics. Persisting through challenges and remaining motivated to uphold ethical standards.Required Qualifications
3-4 years of professional experience or at least 2 years of relevant recruiting experience. A bachelor's degree (BA/BS) is mandatory. Demonstrated skill in professional communication, showcasing proficiency in writing and delivering information with clarity and impact. Developing the ability to collaborate effectively with external clients and candidates, while beginning to grasp techniques for influencing and fostering positive relationships.Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in full life cycle recruiting within Executive Search, Contingent Search, or In-House Talent Acquisition, management consulting, or similar fields requiring applied sales and research skills is highly desirable. Experience in targeting potential candidates, creating pitch materials, and conducting market research. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work collaboratively across teams. Experience in identifying market trends and effectively researching information through various channels. Capability to analyze, organize, and synthesize large volumes of information into actionable insights. Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is advantageous.
