Job Description:

This role is a critical component of our organization's commitment to providing high-quality educational programs. As the leader of these initiatives, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing educational programs that meet the diverse needs and interests of children and families.

With a focus on quality practice and continuous improvement, you will mentor and guide educators in curriculum development, documentation, and reflective practices. Your expertise will directly influence children's learning outcomes, build a strong, knowledgeable team, and contribute to our ongoing quality enhancement journey.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement educational programs that are engaging, inclusive, and aligned with the National Quality Framework.
  • Mentor and support educators in their professional growth and development.
  • Foster collaborative relationships with children, families, educators, and the community.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Lead the development and execution of our Quality Improvement Plan.
  • Champion our Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and Transition to School Programs.
  • Model and promote our core values in daily practice.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or an ACECQA-approved equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework, including the EYLF and National Law.
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certificate.
  • Valid, paid Working with Children Check.
  • Proven leadership and mentoring experience in an early childhood setting.
  • Ability to inspire and build educator capacity through professional development and reflective practices.
