Renewable Energy Industry Leader

Newvolt Energy Pty Ltd, a subsidiary enterprise of Montnets Capital, is seeking an experienced professional to lead its renewable energy solutions division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the industry and outstanding management capabilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Cooperating with the Board of Directors in annual strategy meetings and accepting company-wide business targets.
  2. Reporting to the Board on the company's overall operating performance, including sales revenue, profits, and cash flow.
  3. Developing and refining company regulations, such as sales policies and project management guidelines.
  4. Setting specific goals for individual departments and organizing regular performance reviews.
  5. Studying market trends and developing sales strategies.
  6. Providing day-to-day direction and management to all departments, with a focus on maximizing company profit and operating efficiency.
  7. Coordinating with department managers on operational decisions, procurements, and financial matters.
  8. Applying for relevant certifications and memberships from government authorities and industry organizations.
  9. Establishing sales and aftersales facilities, including factories, workshops, and call centers.
  10. Maintaining relationships with manufacturers and suppliers, ensuring high-quality and competitive sourcing resources.
  11. Evaluating the feasibility of establishing a local manufacturing base in Australia.
  12. Ensuring excellent aftersales service to clients, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  13. Managing project documentation and ensuring secure storage of client records.
  14. Responding to changing situations and representing the company at official events.
  15. Preparing and presenting reports, budgets, and forecasts to the Board and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree or higher (Master's degree preferred)
  2. At least 10 years of experience in the renewable energy industry
  3. At least 5 years of experience in management positions
  4. Good experience in sales and technical roles (preferred but not required)
  5. Outstanding leadership and teamwork skills
  6. Fluent English, with Mandarin as a preferred second language
