Job Overview:

As an Experienced HVAC Draftsperson, you will be responsible for producing detailed workshop drawings in Revit MEP, working closely with Project Managers, Site Managers, and Engineers to ensure the successful delivery of HVAC services on projects. You will also collaborate with the design team to develop and finalize HVAC designs, review and interpret project specifications and requirements, and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Produce detailed workshop drawings in Revit MEP.
  • Work closely with Project Managers, Site Managers, and Engineers to ensure the successful delivery of HVAC services on projects.
  • Collaborate with the design team to develop and finalize HVAC designs.
  • Review and interpret project specifications and requirements.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an HVAC Draftsperson, preferably in the commercial, education, or retail sectors.
  • Proficiency in Revit MEP is essential.
  • Strong background in producing workshop drawings.
  • Prior trade background would be advantageous but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Australian PR/Citizenship/Full working rights for Australia.
Salary Package:

An attractive salary package ranging from $90,000 to $130,000 per annum, will be offered to the successful candidate, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
