Yarra Valley Wine Host and Driver

We are seeking a friendly and knowledgeable host and driver to join our team at Red Carpet Wine Tours. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, have excellent communication skills, and a passion for wine.

The role involves providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests. This includes driving our fleet of vehicles, conducting wine tastings and tours, and engaging with customers in a warm and welcoming manner.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing excellent customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests
  • Conducting wine tastings and tours, educating customers about different wine varieties and regions
  • Driving our fleet of vehicles safely and efficiently
  • Engaging with customers in a warm and welcoming manner, building rapport and ensuring a positive experience

Required skills and qualifications:

  • 1 year of experience as a passenger vehicle driver (required)
  • Fluent English language skills (required)
  • Valid ABN, LR Licence, and DC number with Commercial Passenger Vehicles Victoria (required)
