Healius is a leading healthcare company in Australia, providing private medical laboratory and pathology services. We are seeking a skilled Pathology Collector to join our team.



Responsibilities


  • Collect blood and non-blood samples from patients with care and attention
  • Keep accurate records for every patient and sample
  • Deliver documentation within strict turnaround times
  • Prepare and package specimens for transport and testing
  • Liaise with customers, clinic staff, and couriers

About You


  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge in Phlebotomy or a related field
  • Transferable skills from other positions within the healthcare industry
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills with empathy
  • Organised with strong time management and attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously in a solo clinic
  • Valid Driver's license and flexibility to travel to multiple clinics
  • Working with Children's Check or willingness to obtain one
  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency, or a valid visa with permission to work


We will provide full training and mentoring for candidates without Phlebotomy qualifications but with a healthcare background and excellent customer service skills.
