About the Role

At Our Watch Limited, we are seeking an experienced prevention specialist to fill the position of Client Lead, Our Watch Institute. This role is focused on developing and nurturing effective relationships with key external stakeholders in order to grow our impact in workplaces.

The successful candidate will work closely with our team to support the continuous improvement of our approaches and resources, including Workplace Equality and Respect. They will be responsible for delivering client engagement, services, training, and other products that align with our mission.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to engage with key external stakeholders and drive organizational change initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve our approaches and resources, ensuring they are effective in preventing violence against women and their children.
  • Deliver high-quality client engagement, services, training, and other products that meet the needs of our clients.

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced prevention specialist who has a deep understanding of cultural change in various types of organizations in relation to gender equality. The ideal candidate will have experience working in or alongside corporates and other organizations to drive organizational change initiatives.

Requirements

  • Postgraduate qualification in a relevant field, such as social science, public health, or business.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in prevention of violence against women, with a focus on organizational change and stakeholder engagement.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
