About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer to join our team as part of our Graduate Program.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career engineer to gain hands-on experience and work on diverse projects across our five business units.

As a Graduate Engineer at BMD Urban, you will have the chance to work alongside experienced professionals, develop your technical skills, and contribute to the delivery of complex infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with our teams to design, develop, and deliver engineering solutions;
  • Analyze data, identify problems, and develop creative solutions;
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and project managers;
  • Contribute to the development of innovative and sustainable engineering practices.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor of Civil Engineering or related field;
  • Strong decision-making and communication skills;
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving ability;
  • Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment and adapt to changing priorities;
  • Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools.
