Procurement and Contracts Role

Part-time (0.8FTE)

Our organisation seeks a detail-oriented Procurement and Contracts Officer to join us. In this role, you'll be the go-to person for all things procurement and contract management — from drafting and negotiating agreements to managing supplier onboarding, renewals, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support procurement activities across the organisation, including RFQs, supplier engagement, and evaluation processes
  • Oversee the full contract lifecycle — including drafting, reviewing, tracking milestones, and coordinating renewals
  • Maintain accurate records, including the central contracts register and supplier documentation
  • Provide advice on procurement policies, probity, and compliance
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and drive value-for-money outcomes
About You
  • You've worked in procurement or contract management, ideally within a regulated or service-based setting
  • You're detail-driven and proactive, with a practical approach to problem-solving
  • Confident working across teams and building strong supplier relationships
  • You value ethical practice, accountability, and inclusive workplaces
