We are seeking experienced and dedicated individuals to join our team of Assistants in Nursing, providing high-quality care and support to residents in Residential Aged Care Facilities across Toowoomba & Surrounds.

- Provide quality direct care and support to residents.
- Assist with daily living activities and mobility as required.
- Support care routines, comfort measures, and safety practices as directed by the care team.
- Assist with documentation and communication with the team.
- Certificate III in Aged Care / Individual Support or equivalent, or Enrolled Nursing Student with completed aged care placement.
- Minimum of 3 months paid experience in Aged Care (essential).
- Valid National Police Check.
- Current First Aid and CPR certifications.
- Fully COVID-19 vaccinated (in line with state requirements).
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Valid driver's licence, reliable vehicle, and mobile phone.
