The opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the General Manager of Growth & Infrastructure. As an integral member of our team, you'll play a critical role in exceeding expectations, meeting strict deadlines, and driving successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day support to the GM, including diary management, coordination of meetings, and prioritisation of tasks
  • Ensure the GM is well-prepared for future meetings and appointments, and assist in preparation for media and high-profile engagements
  • Manage meeting papers, agendas, and minutes, as well as coordinate catering, technology requirements, and distribution of relevant documentation
  • Assist with preparation of Board and Sub-Committee papers, business matters, and ensure timely circulation and distribution of papers

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an executive assistant, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint, with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Exceptional communication and engagement skills, adept at interacting with diverse stakeholders
  • Excellent organisational skills, including time management, adaptability, and ability to manage complex work programs
  • High degree of initiative, ease in building trusted relationships, proactive approach, and ability to identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $94,700 plus 11.5% superannuation, permanent full-time employment, and a work-from-home arrangement.
