Senior Electrician and Refrigeration Specialist

PHE Pty Ltd currently has an opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Electrician/Refrigeration Mechanic to join our team on a project at an underground mine site in the Northern Territory. This is a 2 and 1 roster position, offering flights, camp accommodation, and meals.

PHE has 50 years of experience providing safe, rewarding, and long-term employment in regional and remote areas. We specialize in industrial electrical and instrumentation installations and operational support services to clients throughout Australia in various industries including mining, hydropower generation, remote gas power plants, pulp and paper manufacturing, timber processing, high voltage engineering, and more.

We have been involved in notable projects such as the Newcrest Mining - Cadia Valley Surface and Cadia East Underground Expansion Projects, Oz Minerals – Carrapateena Stage 1 Surface and UG Mine Crushing and Infrastructure Project, and Snowy Hydro 2.0 Tumut 3 Power Station Controls & Protection Upgrade.

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a team that contributes to building some of the nation's most important projects. As an Electrician/Refrigeration Mechanic, you will be responsible for undertaking large-scale projects in regional and remote areas nationally.

• AQF Cert Level 3 Electro Tech Certificate III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
• NT state Electrical Licence
• Excellent attitude to safety
• 5 years' experience as a fully qualified electrician
• Mining and Heavy Industrial experience (desirable)
• High-risk work License (with WP class)
• Working at Heights (Completed in the last 16 months)
• Current CPR/LVR (within the last 9 months)
• Current Unrestricted C Class Driver's License
• White / Blue Construction Card
