We are seeking a skilled barista to join our team and contribute to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso-based beverages with precision and care.
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner, ensuring their needs are met.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including regular equipment maintenance and cleaning.
• Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, providing correct change and processing payments.
• Prepare and serve food items such as pastries, sandwiches, and snacks.
• Keep track of inventory and restock supplies as needed.
• Educate customers about our coffee blends, brewing methods, and special offerings.

Requirements:

• Previous barista experience is preferred.
• Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders efficiently.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.
• Excellent communication skills and genuine passion for coffee.
