Senior UX Designer - Transformative Experience Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX Designer to lead the planning, facilitation, and collaboration efforts across our organization. This is an exceptional opportunity to apply your expertise in user experience methodologies and drive transformative learning experiences.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of UX/design work with expert facilitation skills. They will be skilled in UX research, design, and execution methodologies, with the ability to deliver customer-centric iterative product solutions under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Create designs based on customer needs using research and insights during discovery and design.
  2. Develop detailed wireframes and interactive prototypes to test design concepts and user flows.
  3. Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to uncover usability issues and validate design decisions.
  4. Provide strong design leadership across key strategic projects.
  5. Contribute to maintaining and evolving our design system.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  7. Communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions effectively.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in senior UX design roles with web and mobile expertise.
  • A strong portfolio of UX/design work with expert facilitation skills.
  • Skilled in UX research, design, and execution methodologies.
  • Deliver customer-centric iterative product solutions with attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving, analytical aptitude, and ability to manage competing issues under tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall frameworks and various Agile tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and time management skills.
